To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated professional to join us immediately or by agreement as a

Compliance Manager / Deputy Head Family Office, Legal & Compliance (80–100%)

Are you someone who thrives at the intersection of legal, compliance, and hands-on client service? Do you bring an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy shaping things in a dynamic environment? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Advising Family Office clients on legal, corporate, and compliance-related matters
  • Preparing KYC documentation and AML files for banks and audits
  • Coordinating the formation and administration of legal entities
  • Collaborating on cross-functional projects with the Finance and Real Estate teams
  • Acting as deputy to the Head of Family Office, Legal & Compliance

Your Profile:

  • Several years of experience in a Family Office or financial services environment
  • Completed business administration training or paralegal certification
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in both English and German (spoken and written)
  • A self-driven, proactive, and service-oriented personality with a flair for leadership
