Matthias has served as a CFO, Finance Manager and Project Lead in various international companies, where he led teams across Switzerland, Europe and Asia. His core competencies include IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and the development of financial strategies. He also brings extensive experience in change management, ERP implementation, M&A and corporate restructuring.
Having worked in the machinery, automotive and semiconductor industries, as well as in renewable energy, Matthias offers valuable insights and hands-on solutions that will directly benefit Fineva.
With his structured approach, analytical mindset and long-standing leadership experience, Matthias is a strong asset to our team—both professionally and personally.
